Plant issues

btw the ony I am talking about is in the first picture witht he yellow leaves, they have started to die and turn brown at the tips, the others look ok, but they are all pointing upwards.

the lower leaves that look lighter are actually brown, the sunlight makes them look ok, but they are dead.
