Plant leaves are curled now!

So things had been going well for 5+ weeks til I decided to feed my plant again. It is in a 3 gallon pot and I fed it about 8 cups of food. This was for week 5 of the Fox Farm products guide that said to use 3 parts big bloom and 3 parts grow big.

I checked 1.5 days after feeding it and found the plant looking drastically different. The leaves are still a nice green, but some of them are starting to look discolored. All of the leaves, even the top new baby leaves are curled. The soil looks kind of yellowish under fluorescent light too.

I was reading the sticky guide about cupping problems and I think I either have given too much food or have over watered it (8 cups is more than I usually was putting in, but I kept getting comments from my personal peanut gallery that it looked dry so I decided to put in some more water).

Here is a picture:

So what do you think? Should I try to flush it with ph balanced water to save it or let the soil dry out so it can try to regenerate on its own?

could be nute burn or over watering just watch it for a few days with out watering and see what happens then post again if there are still problems

I watered it on Friday morning, and the picture is from Monday evening and it is not looking any better. Should I still give it more time?

Edit: Also, I just checked and see that some of the leaf edges are darker and seem like I could crumble them in my fingers if I wanted.

You hunches were correct,...you have burnt them to death ...almost now to learn the flush
to my blog: https://www.rollitup.org/blogs/blog32237-flush-baby-flush.html, always always err on the side of cautiion with any nutes as you have discovered
Thanks for confirming this dark sith. So with a 3 gallon pot, I'm actually to flush with 9 gallons of water? That is a lot but I can do if it is what's necessary.

After flushing that much, will I need to add new nutrients back?

Yes and do I hate doing it...I get drenched but it always works, best to let the water in buckets sit for a day for the CL to evaporate and warm to air temp, avoid feeding for 7-14 days, then feed at 50% less
