Plant limit

I will be moving g to Oregon some to get my medical marijuana again finally Thank god .So I'm wanting to know if my brother lived in that's same house as me could he grow his 4 recreational marijuana plants even though I will be growing my 24 plants?

Assuming you have enough patients to cover said 24 plants (and you didn't let your oregon residency lapse as you now can't be a MMJ grower for anyone aside from yourself unless you've been an Oregon resident for two years), yes. However, it would be (quite) wise to separate and label the recreational plants. Welcome back (soon)
