Plant Losing Pigmentation

So one of my plants started to lose the green from about half of one leaf and it isn't really spreading but not going away either. Anyone know what this is, or if I should even care?

Oh, and here is another pic of a different plant, two of them have leaf sets like this. Anyone seen anything like that before?

I have seen this issue on a few plants, usually half off the leaf is pale, from what I understand it isn't a problem and I think it might be genetic. As long as it doen't spread it shouldn't be a problem, your plant looks really healthy otherwise

Thats good to hear... I mean my plants not dying, it's just genetically challenged.
