Plant making seeds? HELP!

hey can anyone help me out. Is it possible for my plant to be making seeds already? One of the branches at the very bottom i cut off because it was getting no light, and falling down from the plant, and there were def. seeds in there. How is that possible it hasnt even been 8 weeks flowering. Is it because it was at the bottom getting no light? Or is my plant getting to mature and needs to be cut??

its in its 8th week of flowering, should i chop? it doesnt look like anyone where else on the plant has seeds.

If it's at 8 weeks it should be getting close. What strain is it?
