So i've finally made it through the first 3 weeks of growing. everything seems to be going pretty smoothly except one thing. Water added to the red pot is not being absorbed by the plant. as far as i can tell, the soil doesn't have as much perlite in it than the other two pots. maybe its not absorbing it as well because it is in a plastic pot and the others are in clay? as a first time closet grower how are my plants looking so far? i felt like creating a poll so you guys can vote on which one you think will produce the most buds. ill update every few weeks and we can see who is the winner haha

Clay pot will absorb some water, but not very much. Your plants are still small so they wont be using a whole lot of water at this point. How often are you watering the? Usually when they are small like yours, you can go about 5 days or more before watering.

i water them all at diferen times because the soil dries out at different times. i water the one in the brown pot every 3 days or so and i usually water the red pot about once every 5 or 6 days. the stem on the plant in the red pot doesnt seem as dry and firm as the others and the leaves seem droopier.
