Plant not doing so good need help!!!!

Hey everyone..my plant is about 3 weeks old and has started turning yellow and drooping i dont know what this could be...i have had trouble with nute burn burn as well..my soil is Jungle Growth from Lowes and im using 2 23w 6500k CFLs. i think i may have been giving it too much water because i was watering about every other day..i increased the distance from the lights as well. i did have it 1-2 inches away..

Any help is appreciated

looks more like a nitrogen deffinciency than nute burn to me ... it shouldnt be that the lights where too close .. that would just burn the tops .

Bring your lights back down, make sure your PH is correct, and let the soil dry out(at least 70%) between waterings, and you should be fine. Mix up a 1/2 strength veg fert, and foliar feed, if you want to speed recovery.
