plant not flowering?

so i have 5 plants into flower
1 of them is very late compared to the rest. it's underdeveloped and seems fruitless

what do you think guys? is this a hermie? a male? a fruitless female?

it doesn't have male sacks, it makes some female hairs, just very undeveloped.

should i worry about it? should i pull it out because it will hermie for sure and damage my crop?
it's my first grow so i don't have any experience with hermies and stuff

it can take several weeks before they actually fill in hard to tell right now you have to wait a few weeks

doesn't seem to fill in at all that's the problem... looks like it entered the flowering stage yet it can't produce flowers.
does "fruitless female cannabis plants" even exist? is this something that happens sometimes? i never heard of it but i don't have experience
and why all that different from the rest of the plants, i wonder

ok, for sure is not the same as the others. i wouldn't be at all surprised that it is even a different strain. it looks different anyway

Dude, those leaves don't look right & I'm not sure why. Check for mites. They usually aren't visible to the naked eye & will be mostly on the undersides of the leaves & in the low "crotches" where growth intersects with the meristem. A very bright flashlight helps a lot even if the room is already bright.

no spidermites. but the leaves look weird from the beggining. or at least different. crispy, shiny, harder

some strains could take up to 9 weeks give it a little time you should definitely see something happening around week 5 or 6

Sounds like could be high levels of nitrogen
