Plant Pics.Problems.Help

So heres my 3 week old plant ' CheeseWreck'..

In my growroom my humidity is on 0% RH Das Serious SHitt mann
Tried putting a bowl of water near the fan - No Luck
Tried hanging a wet cloth in there - drys out to quick
anyy other suggestions..wud luv to hear as im in so much need of RH?

How far shall i put my light from plant headd.. cus as u can see i hav a bad strech problem ..sum say it was cus i was germinatin them unda x2 30watt fluros whcih didnt giv out much light ????..

Its due to my light im using a 400watt HPS light .. When thats on it drys outt !! when its off ( in the 6 hr darkness ) its like 40-50% RH which is good.. Am using a extractor fan .. hav got an inlet where a fan is placed on the outside of the inlet(vent) pushin fresh air in from my room into it..wif wondow open..and fan inside oscillating 90 degrees round the g.room..

ANDDDD my temp is anuva issue its sitting at 35-38C wif doors closed..wif them open it sits at like 32-35C ish which is still quite high but betta than 38C hey but i cant leave my doors open all the timee like when into flowerr and they start stinkinnnnng and my neigborghs are like wattttt .. yu no wat i mean ..

Ok wif anuva problemm.. 1 of my plants has a brownish patch on its bottom leave V V V V

It looks like its drooopingg ???.. if u look up picturess of CheeseWreck the leaves do jus hangg theree like that but im only at 3 weeks .. i may jus be bein paranoidd but its things u gotta askk

I have for you two suggestions. You could buy a humidfier & you could use CFLs for side lighting.

A humidifer sounds a gd idea... any 1 no where to purcase 1 fromm?

CFL lighting wat isit like a stip ;light or summin..when type cfl into Google it jus cums up wif twrily bulbs..

you can get humidifiers at any walgreens wallmart or drugstore. and what you saw google are CFLs compact florescent lights, they are swirly, and you can get them in various color spectrums and various wattages. good luck buddy

so with the CFLs i jus put them on the sides of the g.room?? wat colour or dusnt it matta.... wat do they do ..??... build the plant outwards instead of always going upp? If im struggling to keep my temp below 40C at the moment wont it make it even hotter puttin sum moreeee lights inn?

CFLs don't produce much heat, but in your situation they might not be a great idea. They simply screw into a regular socket. For flowering you want to make sure they are 3000K or lower(mostly red spectrum). They provide the plant with side lighting to help with light penetration. The light above dosen't light the bottom part of the plant often so it's best to surround the plant . Any department store or such that carries fans, air purifiers, a/c units should have a humidifier or at least be able to tell you where to look.
