Plant problem: yellow and dry leaves

Hello. Like the title suggests , I have an issue with my plant.
It's a Jack Herer , grown in BioBizz All Mix soil. It's day 19 since it sprouted ( vegetation day 6 ).
I haven't fed it at all since the soil is said to be able to maintain growth till about the 3rd or 4th week.
Throw in some ideas of what I've done wrong It might be because it could've gone into shock when I transplanted it. But I've watered it well after I transplanted so I don't know what to say. And by the way , I'm growing under CFLs so it's not a light burn.

Thanks for the advice. But should I start feeding them with nutes now? I heard it's not recommended to give them nutes if they're in shock.
