I see a possible pest on the leaf of the 3rd pic. Check under the leaves, and the soils surface with a magnifying glass of some sort.

With those numbers it’s possible. You need some heat in there. Way too much humidity for temps in the 60’s. Google “VPD chart for cannabis” if will give you a chart of a weekly timeline with proper temp and humidity to obtain for an optimal environment. It’s a huge help/guide to follow.

I believe once you raise the heat.. the humidity may even out. Gotta find that sweet spot if you are limited on equipment.

I just started learning about that. What got me was light out period my room got cold because my lady makes me turn off the heater cause she overheats lol.
if I did develop powdery mildew what can I do to get rid of it? Did I just ruin my entire grow in one night?

Haven’t ruined it necessarily. Hit the search bar and type in “powdery mildew fix” there has gotta be a thread there in the mix where someone came up with something. I’ve heard milk.. peroxide.. but I haven’t tried any of it, as I’ve never run into the issue. I’m sure someone has already had that issue resolved here tho. Just gotta diy a little.

Root problems. Probably not in good shape. Do you tend to overwater?

I don't think I do.
I don't give more than 100mL per plant twice a week at most.
only did one nutrient feeding this week since seed at the mentioned mL's

I don’t mean to hijack the thread but your question hit a nerve. I have very hard water.....but it’s ph isn’t crazy high (around 7.1) and the PPM is 140’s.
The humidity here is very low this time of year and I have to run 2 humidifiers just to get the RH up into the 40s...which is fine for me now as I’m in mid flower and don’t want higher levels. I noticed a white, almost powdery film on the side of my Mylar foil all around the small room. I took a wet towel and wiped it off for the most part, but I couldn’t figure out what the hell it was or where it came from. Then your question made me realize I’ve been running straight tap water in my humidifiers. Am I right in thinking it’s coming from the hard water?? Better yet, am I none the wiser for learning this?

100 milliliters? Underwater is more likely. How many gallons is the container? Medium in it?
