My First Grow - Help

Setup : Dresser stealth grow, 6 23W CFL Bulbs, 2 200CFM intake fans, 1 200CFM exhaust.

Initially, my grow box wasn't fully setup before my grow, so it was too hot and i experienced (what i thought) was heat stress, along with nutrient burn from the soil (70% promix HP, 30% perlite). Seemed ok, but the leave started yellowing a bit, realizing my PH was out of whack. Now, its between 5.5-6.5 in the runoff and what goes in. Going to be starting GH Flora series nutes at the end of this week. If anyone seems to know what the hell is going on please help this newbie out.

P.S if I'm missing any info or something crucial, let me know

If the soil is loaded with Neuts, just PH water them and dont add more Neuts for a while and see how they look after a few days, maybe add a fan inside to move around more or a portable AC for the room if heat is an issue, especially if the space is small it will get hotter faster.

Pro mix hp i would consider a sterile soil. Just ph'ed peat moss and perlite no nuits or amendments unless added. Id feed it a little. Dont see any burning. Try not to over water. Happy Growing!

1. overwatered .... Look at condition of perlite.
2. She looks like she is gonna throw pistils
3. ZERO REASON to check runoff ... When you drench a plant to the point of runoff , you overwatered it.
4. Let it completely dry out. - overwatered plants suffocate and stress out.
When you water to runoff , you also LEACH out the soil.
5. PH water at 6.5 ... Not 5.5
6. After it dries out ( lift pot check weight difference ) prepare a light VEG feed and add
Only enough to dampen soil . Allow plant to accept a lighter watering/feeding.

Plant appears stunted and may not recover much. Autos are very sensitive to problems and will show it.

Thanks for the advice. It seems my leafs are almost twisting, is that normal or what would cause that?
