The Very tips of the leaves (less than a half centimeter on the tips on the leave)are dead and yellow. The rest looks great but the whole plant just got it over the last 3 days.. They are 3 weeks old.....

on about half of them the leaves are starting to fold up .... The lights are 2 4oo W HPS over 14 plants:peace: thanks
MG soil no nutes added yet... Thanks.

Could be N deficiency or some nutes in the soil is burning your tips. Cant really tell without pics. I used MG soil before and it caused numerous problems throughout my grow. I would say its a problem with the time released nutes in the soil. Which MG do you use?? How close is your lights?

Miracle grow is way to strong for MJ plants and has no aeration... I agree with Skiller and say your problem is most likely the soil!

OK i greatly appreciate it... And the lights are about 2 1/2 feet from the plants 2 400 w hps
MG potting soil..... What do you recommend?

Sounds like the time release fertilizers are being released...

Flushing is a start, but that's going to cause as many problems as it solves.

Transplanting is probably your best option. The plants are still young, but old enough to handle it. Knock off all the loose soil you can without damaging your roots, use something organic. Hell, MG organic is a step in the right direction at least. Their Rose potting soil is also not that bad, as roses are finicky little princesses so the soil isn't hot at all.

If you can get to a hydro store check out Canna Terra or Fox Farms Ocean Forest/Happy Frog.

It could also be a potassium deficiency or heat stress. Like the others have stated, without pictures we are all shooting blind in the dark.

Really? I can have a 2 400 w hps closer than 2 and a half?

also can i keep the mg for another week or 2 and transplant to fox farm about 5 days before I switch to flowering?

yeah, you can move them much closer than that. they can be a foot and a half off the tops of the plants if you like...i'd say they're currently too high at 2.5 feet! If you were using 800W bulbs 2.5 feet may be right.
