plant problems...

Here's my temporary set up right now a big 5 foot grolab tent with 2 t8 flourescent tubes, 1 purple kessil LED light, and 1 MAgenta kessil LED light and i threw in 2 flourescent bulbs just for kicks.

Basically I have 13 plants in this tent. 4 grew from seedlings and the rest were clones. They were all growing fine for about a week. Last night i added Grow Bloom Advanced Forticulture nutrient A+B to the plants and now all the seedling's stems have drooped over and alot of the clones branches have drooped over.

Does this mean the plants are dieing? did i over nutrient etc etc need help

Are they salvageable ? Alot of the clones are still fine some, all look healthy just some have droopy branches now but the stem is fine. but all the seedlings are drooped over.

flush means just give them plenty of water to wash out all the nutrients in the soil that is being sucked up by the roots of your plants, their still trying to make a solid root system and cant really handle all the nitrogen being applied. wait till theyre like 6 inches tall or like 3-5 weeks old before giving food. they should turn around no worries mang

thanks man. curious will growdan rockwell absorb any water and how long should i wait to water it after the flush. note im using soil indoors so im assuming its gonna be a mess.

So my pots are all 3 qt's large believe that's 8 inches? anyways i poured a gallon of water into each pot and "flushed them" how long should i wait to water them/ tell if their dead lol.

flushing is just giving them excessive amounts of water, you dont want to drown your plants (you will notice an exagerated sag in the whole plant before they actually die from too much water) but you want to give them enough to clean out their systems of the ferts. and the plant itself should be 6-8 inches tall not including the pot before adding nutrients

Flush with water and they should be fine. Yes they should come back and continue to grow. You don't usually start with nuits until you have 4 good grown nodes from the bottom hope that helps.

If your growing in soil the best way to test when to water would be to put your finger about 2 inchs in the soil and if you don't feel moisture then water if its still wet then check back again.

thanks everyone out of the 16 4 survived but went on beast mode thank you for the advice. for my first harvest I shall keep you all informed.

Look into organics next time. I just went organic and I'll never go back. When I used chemical ferts, I felt like it was a roll of the dice every time I gave nutes. With organics it's almost impossible to fry your plant. My plants literally look like scientific specimens. If plants were bodybuilders, an organically fed plant would be the bodybuilder that gets his protien from eggs, chicken, and natural protein supplements. The chemically fed plant is a bodybuilder who put's a needle in his arm. The guy on steroids might get better results, but he'll probably drop dead of a stroke later.
