I have a plant that is in flowering now for three week and no foot balls or bud sites 4 cfls 75 watt 2700k and one 75 bright white running 12/12 light cycle I didnt put in darkness for 48 hours did i mess something up

Looks like you may have started flowering very early.
Have you made certain that there are no light leaks in your grow cabinet?
If you have enough light coming in, your 12-12 would be meaningless. It needs 12 hours of complete darkness.

How close are you keeping the lights? Low light intensity can really slow down the flowering process. Looks like a pretty tall/big plant to be covered by that much light. Are they "equivalent" watts or are they "true" watts. If equivalent then you only have about 100 true watts, or about 7000 lumens. If you have 375 true watts then something else is definitely up.
I believe that at a minimum you will need 4-5K lumens / sqft and it looks like you are covering more than 2 sqft.
IMO you do not need to extend the dark period at all, 12/12 is all it needs.

Putting the plant in complete darkness for an extended period of time does not really help.
The REAL thing you should attempt is to get a look inside your cabinet during dark period.
Can you get in there? Can you set up a webcam inside?
Can you leave the light on, and make it completely dark outside the box?
If there is any light leaking, you need to find it, and fix it.

Right now it is in a closet because it out grew the shitty grow box I made but about to take another pic and close the door and see if light comes threw

I would listen to other CFL growers about the lights, too. I don't use them, but a few of them at low watts don't sound like enough power to be producing good buds. Look into CFL threads, and get some better info.
My money is on you will see light when you get in your closet, and close the door.

That is 75 watt equivalent, only 19 true watts.
Cascadian is the wise one. you only got < 100 watts total.
Get more light, and put them close.

Shoot for lumens at about 7000 per sq ft you need to illuminate. I agree with Pro, check out the CFL forum. I only veg with CFL's but have done a lot of reading about it which is where my recommendation comes from. Basically the more light the better as long as you keep temps under control. If I were flowering that plant I would use about 200 true watts mixed spectrum and I would get them close, like 1" away. You will need to adjust them frequently. People do get decent results with them but a small HPS would be better IMO.
