I am following subs recipe the plant is in a 7 gal pot with super soil. it has been in pot for a little over 6 weeks. I am wondering with there be enough nutrition left in super soil to go water only since it root bound? also will top dressing with ocean forest or super soil be the best route to feed them it the run out of gas? Im was planning on flipping to 12/12 on the 14th

By rootbound do you mean the roots are coming out of the bottom of the pot? Because that's not root bound. Root bound would be when there are so many roots that when you water it just runs down the sides and takes forever to soak in. Roots coming out the bottom of pots or poking through the sides of fabric containers is normal and doesn't mean the plant is root bound.

A rooted seedling in a 1/4 gal pot was transplanted into pot about 6 weeks ago. Roots are balled up I can literally pull entire plant out of pot rootball and all when dry. I’ll get pic tomorrow. I’m just wondering is it safe to throw into flowering root wise and food wise
