Plant stem grew in a circle really, really quickly O.o ?

Hey guys, so my plant had a straight, thin stem. I added some Yates Vegative nutes and in literally 2 days the stem grew double the size and new leaves popped out super quick. (you can check my last post a week ago for difference)

Only problem is, something I didnt notice was the stem is growing in a circle aha ? really strange.

Plus, how do you think the plant is doing with the new growth after the nutes ?

What is that nasty looking soil?

Anyway. Might be a nematode problem.

Aha yeh I know, I messed up big on just getting normal potting soil. Going to get some Terra soil from a hydro shop next time.

Just run it out for the learning curve...

That dirt will cause problems.
