Plant stopped growing

Hi guys! I currently have 6 healthy plants about 4 weeks into veg in 2 gallon pots with clay hydroton under a 1000 watt and my 7th plant hasn't been doing very good since the beginning when the dispensary dropped the clones off. Growth has stopped, the leaves are very small and some have yellowing. I have a resevoir with 20 gallons and I have jungle juice part A and B veg nutes as well as piranha for the roots, magical and sugar daddy. Below I have pics of one of the healthy plants and then the unhealthy one. Any help would be appreciated!

Cool, so uh.. nothing's changed on the sick plant. Its not getting better or worse. Kind of just on pause. Does anyone have experience with raskal og and/or know what the problem is?
