I'd be more inclined to say it's probably lockout of K, and to a lesser degree P and Mg from N tox and overwatering. It could be underfed, but those leaves are awfully green and definitely overwatered.

See that bloat and droop? That is 100% overwatering. If that weren't enough, those stubby leaf deformities confirm it.

How often are you watering?

By chance did you move your HPS lights close to the plants recently? Because if so this could be shock from the lights it has that look about it. I might also see some pH fluctuation problems which is generally caused by adding differing nutrient solutions to the plants, top dressing or under composted materials. I would be using a larger container than 5 gallons if I were just starting to flower those plants personally.

Pics are of a room that's vegging into screens to flower in a vertical bulb room.
Temps are perfect, watering is right I have a meter to test the soil dampness. The PH of my water in this room is 5.7 the soil when dry is 7 but 6.3 when wet...which I'm also curious about. It's barely getting nutrients the one nutrient being used in this room is botanicare grow and some basic cal- mag. The soil is Fox Farm Ocean forest and Light Warrior mixed. Which is a really good mix. I've flushed with pure PHd water and am lightly watering now. Not sure what else to do?
i agree with olive it looks like N toxicity but that mix should be good, cant see it being that strong i use FFoF straight and never have issues how much botanicare grow are you feeding in PPM or EC?

So the plants I'm mainly having trouble with are the Obama Kush. They were in a MH veg room and this problem always happens whenever I switch them out of this room into the rooms we flower in I don't change the nutrients because they are still growing so the mix is the same from the last room and they look just gorgeous going into the flower room to stretch through my screens. Then all hell breaks lose it worries me because nothing changes. Literally I transplant long before they go in there I'm running like 200-300 ppm at most and I use about 4ml per gallon of pro grow, 2 mls of cal mag per gallon. And my water is PHd everytime 5.8 due to the nutrients automatically doing this. The soil dry is PH 7-8 PH of soil wet is perfect 6.3 after getting watered. I'm guessing I'm sticking the plants to close to the hps light without turning them down. Considering they don't need HPS light and Mh would be better. I've been on spraying them everyday lightly with neem oil. I also feed them like 1 ml per gallon of water of silica blast before the rest of them. Seems like I get a little better once I flip them into 12/12 light makes me think they are stressing due to the light and the vertical system..

Oh that's what else I was going to say. In my veg rooms and the rooms where I have no problems I water every 2-3 days 5-10% drain I hand water all 75 of the plants I have. The rooms where I have problems the plants are sucking water up every single day they are bone ass dry and have Toxicities and defeciencies so maybe that has to do with the heat stress from he lights being to close? Because it's 80 in all my rooms with the lights on and 70 with them off constantly.
And I pulled all of the plants that are nasty looking and it's definitely not root bound. Maybe a tad green and some brown roots which is probably from them getting watered every day once. Definitely not root bound

Brix? Never heard that before
Brix is the measurement of sugar in your plants sap basically ... the higher the brix the healthier the plant and the more resistant to disease or stuff like powdery mildew and pests like spider mites it. I heared ( not researched or confirmed ) that if you have over a 15 or 16% brix level pests like mites wont even recognize it as food and mildew will not be able to penetrate the leaf and spread.

You may want to try Feed, Water, Nothing to help flush out the left over salts from prior feedings. As Olive Dab Green said above, if it is a lockout of toxicity giving PH'd water between feed or flushing weekly should help the issue.
