Plant Troubleshooter Chart For Nutrient Deficiency And Other Problems

So i am on my first Plant ever and i am having a little bit of a problem. Its about week 5 into flowering. under 3 23w cfl's getting a 150= led today but there are little brown spots on fan leaves and more brown splotches on leaves. temp is 80 under the cfl's looks like it would be necrosis how do i get manganese?
