Plant went limp dick and little spotty

So my plants seem ok except for one. There was a little light and water issue the first 48 hrs but where in about 3 weeks now. Please some advice.

they seem awfully small for 3 weeks? Mine are at two weeks today and have their first 5 finger leaf. can't help with the problem but it could be stunting your growth too.
 
when they are that little, wierd shit happens, the leaves weigh too much for the tiny little stems, and they twist around and do odd things.

Just give them the little bit of nutes they need and leave them alone, they are robust little fuckers and will probably be fine.

Just check your ph, temps, etc, and if all is good, then all is good
 
that is a clear rez< your going to get algae growing in that bitch. also looks like its getting to wet. just like god said>don't drown it
 
Start giving them more nitrogen and phosphorus, they need nutrients, once a plant stops growing in it's early stages, it has ran out of food.
 
I wipe it down and change the nutrients weekly. Haven't sprayed to much and only leave the water to the bottom of the nets. Anything I should change. Was thinking of lining the rez itself in panda lining so light doesn't enter it any suggestions?
 
What are they in? looks like choc cup cakes. You should use rockwool with hydro. It looks like the ones in front of the fan are dying, the others do look healthy..
