Should my seedlings stay in dark untill they sprout or straight o veg

I would put a cfl or something above the pot so when they pop they will go ahead and do their thing. If you are germinating in your grow medium i'd suggest creating some sort of humidity dome as the moister on the top layer of your medium where the seed is will dry fast and leave you with no plant and a ruined seed.

Yea put a small light over your pot. I use saran wrap for a dome until the seed sprouts. Works like a charm.
