Planted my first seeds, are they doing Okay?

Hi, I planted my first auto seeds on jiffy pellets. 1 was planted 4 days ago, the others this is their 3rd day.
The one planted 4 days ago is visible and it has what looks like a tiny root coming out, barely visible, it has been like that since day 2.

The other seeds are buried and not visible yet.

I keep the jiffy pellets wet and under a moisture dome.

Because they don't have any leafs I haven't put them under lights yet.

Am I doing fine?

Yup! Keep them moist, not wet.
And wait, wait, wait....

Domes are for clones, not seedlings. You are increasing your risk of damping off by using them.

I've always used domes for seedlings and clones. It keeps the humidity high which you want for either seeds and clones.

I use it for all different plants I grow

I use them for seedlings as well...although I keep a very close eye on them, and get the dome off as soon as possible.
Losing a plant to damping off is a Bitch...

To be honest I think damping off is a myth I have grew hundreds of seeds 99% of the time I mist the inside of a zip lock and stick it over the solo cups I use have yet to have 1 die

but to the op you got to be careful with jiffy pellets sometimes they can be to compressed or have a hard time breaking the netting I have only used them a few times and plan on using them again tommrow and never had a issue so grain of salt type of deal

How's it a myth?...
"...This is usually caused by a fungal disease called "damping off". The cause is infected soil, waterlogged substrate, high humidity...any conditions that promote fungus. The fungus attacks the soft tissue in the stem which withers at the base or midway. The seedling collapses and dies. Another possible cause is that the seedlings died from lack of water or a high salt level in the substrate (which basically has the same effect of drying out the plant). Seedlings have only a small amount of roots and few leaves. They cannot retain much water and quickly dry out. High humidity in the grow space does not compensate for a desiccated substrate. Your soil/rockwool has to be moist enough to sustain healthy roots and provide water to the plant..."

Yeah, must not be real if you haven't had it.

Today is day 5 after seeding, 2 seeds barely have a tail sticking out and 1 already has folded green leaves coming out, I'm sure this one will have the leafs at full display by tomorrow.

Any idea of why the other 2 are taking so long?

I've stuck their jiffy pellets on small plastic cups (the plastic cups are black so can't be seen on the pic), put a dome in them and placed the plastic cups on top of the flower pots inside the grow room closet that has some indirect natural light hopefully to stimulate them to wake the fuck up, I'm tempted to turn on the LEDs tomorrow, unless you suggest to do otherwise.
