planting question.

So after my seeds bust open from germ? (using Auto AK47) can I put it in the soil water it a little bit and put it straight into 20-4 or do like all these ppl do and put baggies over them and set them in a warm dark place?? I dont really have that since I live in APT

well yeah, you can go straight to vegging, it would be best to go 18-6 though. im not exactly sure what you are asking though... hope that helps
