plants are dying, help. cfl pc grow issue

Finished the of case last night and added the baby plants. Let the lights on over night checked them this morning and they grew but one died, and the others are leaning over.

This is the lighting and soil set up

4 26 Watt 6500k cfl lights
2Fans running continuesly
Top soil, mg organic pot mix soil pertile and sand. The mix is very very soft.
And gave it some mg organic nuetrients with water before I put them in the case.

Where did it go wrong

i woke up one day and one of my plant just went flaccid, it looked like it was overwatered but really it was under watered. Then later i realize that I put the fan too close to the plants and it stripped all the liquid from the plant. So i watered it, and in couple of hours it was was back to normal. Hope this helps

over watered it, to much nuts, or even to much heat. do u have fans in the case, and how much water and how close to the lights, and maybe a pic would help

there should be no sand or top soil in there. you should have potting soil, and maybe over water, i would move them in a new part with just potting soil and little water should be watering them every other day. and the lights should be about 3 inches away.
