Plants are very weird need help newbie look !

No offense dude but did you see Robert14's pic??? I seriously doubt transplanting will help his plants but ok.

#1 problem of growing plants that I've seen on this site is over watering. Rarely do people under water.

None taken I just thought the pots were real small for the size of the plants. Im geussing that the roots might
be bunched up together and no more space for them to grow. I personally would transplant them even if the plants seemed healthy. But thats just me.

Do you think my lights are not enough i am running two 90watt ufo lights that are suppose to equal 400 each can some one advise thanks

When it comes to LED Lights, it is hard to determine exact efficiency unless you grow with them yourself. I read an awesome thread recently that broke down the science and the myths about LEDs, maybe it would help you better understand you needs for the type of light. I'll seek that thread and post it when I find it. =)
