plants at 24 days..first grow. do they look good?

i thanks everyone so much for the help i lowerd my light to 18 inches above plants..12 seems to hot for them..and this morning i really want to feed them so i think i am..i havnt watered them in like 2-3 days now and soil is starting to get dry..so i am mixing about 1/4 of wat they say..now should i water them untill some starts coming out the botom?? and i dont have a proper ventilation system i just have a fan to blow the plants around and i am going to get a little fan and aim it at the balb like u was saying..and my soil is called premier potting soil and it does not have any slow release fert. so thats why i am going to water them with fert right now and see how they go..just need to know if i should water untill some comes out the bottom to drain all the accses water/fert out??
