to your original question; yes light spectrums(especially floros to HID at the wrong time...there is a right time or way to do it) can make plants droop for a few days or so. Root bound plants also do that even worse... They're already shocked technically, then transplant does it again. Just give them the few days to recover, they will be fine. Much more resilient then most people make these wonder plants out to be. Sure ideal conditions exist but just keep at it. Listen to your plants; you already know what's happening.
