plants geeting to tall need help

wat do i do to a plant that is to tall in two weeks of flower

plant is getting to tall and running out of room its two weeks into flowering and stands 5 feet its my first grow plnt so as you can see i'm new to this do i just bend them and tie them or is it more to it

Those look like flood lights but hey it looks like they worked. Looks like you got the right spectrum to. I would say lst but I don't know man thats a pretty tall plant lol. With sativa's its a must you lst them unless you have a tall grow space.
 
dont use thos man, i totally did and it like nulled out the yeild get some CFLs but, it looks like it did in fact work for u Good luck and Dont stop smoking :D
 
buy sum cfls and top that bitch or better yet plant it outside and maybe you will have a monster by the time its ready to harvest
