After a couple of useless replies I'll give you some experienced advice.
Just water them and they'll be fine. I forget to water fairly often and the plants just lose their oldest leaves as they suck the water out of them to keep the core alive.
Another good reason not to defoliate so you have lots of leaves the plant can make use of in times of stress.

Useless advice is better than wrong advice! lol. Telling him to water when you have no idea why they are drooping or yellowing is useful? lol. Maybe his friend drowned it in water and that's why it yellowed? Again, my post was to indicate that without details, pics, it's a guessing game.

well, i'm pretty sure that what ever else might be wrong, they need watered if his friend forgot to do it. he didn't say his friend came and over watered, so i'm guessing he didn't come at all.

Ill say over watering looks like under watering .. you say you water every 3 days ? Seams likely that you water with out checking weight of pot to see if it needs it ? Not sure but . If its still in veg or just starting to bud it would be unlikely you would need to water every 3 days . Are you growing in like a coco perlite mix or something like that ?lots of hmmmmm

Now that op replied, 3 days of not watering is not what causes the plants to yellow like that, i don't think he dropped the ball
I think you're not feeding her enough and you dropped it Seems to be nitrogen deficient for sure! Besides that, they look great!

That's pretty normal after a drought event with pot plants. Wouldn't hurt to give them a little more but don't over-compensate and give them too much. I'd maybe give them a good dose of Epsom Salts to make sure they have lots of Mg and S. Could be low Mg causing some yellowing too.
Looks like you're around week 4 of flower? Mid flower? She's starving, of course it will get worse if not corrected
She looks like she has great potential, serve her food!, focusing on a bit of a higher nitrogen input for now to get the green back, but don't over do it with nitrogen at this point or it will retard the flowering! like mentioned above, some extra mag won't hurt either at this point as that too can be contributing to the yellowing.

Definitely light on food; don't be stingy, give the girl a smidge. Your biggest problem is going to be trimming all those flowers!..haha. Aside from what's been noted above, your girls look great!
