A sad hello! from a fellow pothead,
I'm growing 6 Blue Cheese(Fem) from Expert Seeds Bank under 400w vertical HPS, growing in soil. Temps are perfect, so is humidity. All 6 plants are 35 days into flowering and have been growing without any problems. Couple days ago pistils started turning brown and most of the plant colas exploded in growth, I was ecstatic this week as they've been doing better than ever, probably doubled in size, and now today I get slapped over the face with sets of balls all over them all.
I have no light leaks whatsoever, and I've not stressed my plants with heat, watering issues or overfeeding etc. the only minor issue I had was that the fan underneath the bulb did some wind damage to the leaves right above it, but only 2 plants got slightly burned on the protruding side, I moved them back and it was all good. This was 2 weeks ago. Didn't have any power shortages or anything alike. My timer somehow moved 15mins. through a period of 1 week, it went from lights off at 17.00, to 16.45. I am on holiday these 2 weeks so I've spent all last week in my room playing video games, watching movies, getting high, eating junk foodz and whacking off, so I would have definitely noticed something fishy as the grow tent is in my room right in front of my PC.
I just don't get it... why would they hurt me like that, I'm frikkin devastated, after all the good energy and care I've given them I just sat here and sobbed like a baby for a couple of hours... with the amount of hours, money and devotion I've put into them, they just went "Balls to You!" outta nowhere on me. It's like I lost 6 kids today...
What do I do now? I have mother plants and new month old seedlings growing in a veg tent in front of flowering tent, so I suppose those are fked too? :'(
How do I carry on from here, cut them down? Let them grow - what's the point? They'll spend all their energy growing bawlz now, won't they?
I searched the web for info for 2hrs and couldn't find a single answer saying - yes, carry on, it's all good... All peeps are saying if they herm - you're screwed...

P.S. Bawlz r everywhere, kinda large with brown hairs sticking outta them... Damn bananaz... How do u grow balls over a night?

Sooooooo, I cried for 2 hrs for... nothing? Oh wow... What an experience, u peeps can't imagine what I've been through thinking I am screwed! Thank You so much for the replies, you're all awesome! Imma light one tonite just for U peeps!
