plants in recovery/stopped growing fast?

I have plants about a month and 13 days old they have about 8 nodes, we just topped it for the first time (I know we should have started to do that earlier). They seem to be growing slower now and one of them was burned a week or two ago and wanted to get other peoples opinions on what to do and anything we can do to help them and when we should put them to flower. Ill post pics soon

Toping a plant will set it back a bit, as well as burning, that's normal as I'm sure you know, I think you're worrying too much, what's your set up?

This is the plants and setup currently, 2 1650 lumen cfl lights (i think) and then another 1650 lumen cfl on the bottom and an hps light not sure though. You can see the burn in the pics too

I would re-pot soon

should i have waited til the burnt plant was in full recovery to have topped? When should i start to put my plants into flower mode and what should i do to help them a bit?
