Plants in same pot

Ok, so i started out trying to just get one seed to germ and sprout, but it died after my first transplant, SO... i put 5 seeds in about a 3g pot and hoped at least one would germ and sprout. I got 3 to sprout, and now im facing a little bit of a dilemma. Is it alright if i keep all 3 in the same pot, or should i transplant into 3 seperate pots. Id rather keep them in the same pot since yield amount/plant size (i was going to flower after about 1 1/2 foot of vegetative growth) isnt a big deal for me and i dont want to risk putting the plant into shock and killing it again. Ive thought about putting one or two outside, but there is nowhere near where i live(in the middle of a city) that would be good to grow. This is just an expriment to see if i can grow some bag seed before i get some real seeds, so any help would be great. Right now theyre in my closet(heheh) with adequate light for the germinating stage, but i am probably going to have to get more light for vegetative and flowering. Thanks in advance for any advice

nope they will get rootbound. and they will try to fight for the nutrients and eventually one will takeover or all of them will die

if they are that young its easy.....take a spade dig em out and transplant. you should make sure the amount of dirt you dig up with em is enough to move the plants roots safely....at this point you wont have to dig too much up cuz the root system is still fairly small.so transplant them into their final pots now is what i reccomend. i hate transplanting bigger plants its a pain in the ass and easy to fuck up.

They are fine for now, but you need to transplant them asap to avoid getting rootbound, just as WWB said. But you won't have to worry about that for awhile, as long as they are separated.

thats not true, the roots are gonna start tangling up in each other unless he moves them very very soon....5 plants in one bucket? i'd give it 2 weeks max b4 it get roots tangled and they all get stunted

u contradicted urself in your post......you told him to transplant asap AND that it wasnt a big deal to wait to transplant as long as they stay seperated......
