plants not drinking water

Ive got 2 plants 4 weeks veg and one of them decided to quit drinking water I watered both 4days ago the one plant is doing great the other plant is as heavy as if I would have just watered it today its not drinkin please help this is my 4th grown and I havent had this happen

Ive got 2 5k daylight cfls this is the 4 grow with these lights this is the first time ive had a problem like this ive got 4 plants and this is the only one not drinking ive got 2 in soil 2 in hydro

looks like root rot, to me . What kind of medium did you use ? does that pot have drainage holes in the bottom ?

I know its not the best soil but ive used it each grow its mg and ive never had this happen before yes it has drain holes

I would check your nutrient levels - probably way too high for what this plant can take as it has the classic overfed look to it. When the nutrient levels (and associated salts) go higher than that of your plant, reverse osmosis begins and your plant will get sucked dry. If you MG has slow release nutrirents in it, this will be hard to recover from. If not, you likely need to flush and take your nute levels down.

Can you measure the ppm of your current nutrient solution and the ppm of some run off from your containers?

Possibly some signs of heat stress as well so check your canopy temps.

well I would advice cutting down on your irrigation frequency . allow ample to for the medium to dry after a irrigation .

It stays around 76-80f I dont have a ppm meter but ive been feeding the same amout of nutes to both soil plants and one plants doing great

Nutrient levels vary greatly across strains but not sure how much they vary across phenos.
