plants not looking too good!!!

My plants are 19 days old and noticed a few symptoms 2 days ago and they have got a lot worse since. I think it is oxygen defiancy but dont know of a quick fix for it! I was told by my local suplier to soak the rockwool and plant the seeds which was all well and good. I use "Kick start" nutrients which he recomended to soak then spray with the same concentration recomended every 2-3 days which I did and my plants have turned out like this. I was also told that keeping the lights on 24 hours a day at this stage would have no bad side affects.

Sorry I forgot to mention that the new leaves are curling downwards and when I feel the rockwool cube it does feel overly moist the roots are exposed at the bottom but are not brown or anything!

You're feeding them too much. The surface of that rockwool should dry out a bit between waterings. If it's always soaked, your roots suffocate from lack of oxygen.

Hey man
your plants dont need any nutes for the first few weeks.
Looks like you need to let the RW dry out a bit and then use only water until they get better and bigger.
I dont think 24/0 lights will hurt, prob help, that's how I treated my stressed and problem plants.
I am a new grower like yourself.

Once your roots grow out of the cube there is no reason for the cube to touch the water/nutrients.

Put your cubes in pots with Hydroton, and only flood deep enough to get the water/nutrients within an inch or two of the bottom of the cube.

Your root system will grow thru the Hydroton to get to the water, and you don't need nutrients at this stage.

most defantlynute burn.. wait tell abot 2 weks after it has established a good root structure then start feeding them nutes at 1/4 strength and work up...

basically give me a little water, let them dry out (not completly but close) and continue using plain water.
Only use water until you have a well established root system, which should take ya about 2 weeks Id say maybe more.
It's way to easy to burn little guys, I've done it don't worry they will get over it.

another good idea is to keep a spray bottle with some club soda in it and spray the plants with that, good source of oxygen for them!
