Plants not looking too well......

So I’m a noob to cannabis growing. I’m growing Platinum OG photoperiod. The plants are a month old from seed. I use Fox Farm Happy Frog as my growing medium. And I use Gaia Green 444 and 284 as my nutrients. My first feeding of the dry nutrients was 4 days ago, May 31. What I didn’t know is that the nutrients that are already in FFHF only last about two weeks as oppose to 3-4 weeks. So my plants began show signs of Nute Def. On May 28, I transplanted from solo cups to 3 gallon pots. May 28 made about 4 weeks since they were in solo cups before transplanting to a bigger pot. Now I felt the need to do this because I wanted to feed them and couldn’t properly gauge a small enough amount of dry nutes in a solo cup risking the chance of killing them if I over fed them and cause Nute Burn. Before transplanting and feeding I gave them a little Foliar spray of Epsom salt and water, hoping that would perk them up until I was able to feed them. Also when I transplanted them I added a tablespoon of Epsom salt to the hole along with moistening the soil and watering my plant in the solo cup a little. I did this to prevent transplant shock. I didn’t want them to even notice that their environment had changed. When my light is on you can see the spots on the leaves like they are suffering from Nute def of some sort but I know that’s not the case and my last watering was Thursday. I have a moisture meter so I check the soil everyday and it has yet to dry out. I’m just not sure what’s going on at this point. Oh and I also might add that I did not amend my soil prior to planting and I’m watering using Mammoth P. I feel I’m doing all the right things but maybe not. Temperature is between 70-75F and Humidity is 59-64. Indoor grow. 4x4 grow tent. 600W LED light. Can someone advise me on what could be happening?

looking like nutrient burn on lower leaves, check ph is somewhere between 5.8-6.3, also on younger plants, i use half recommended nutrient dose and adjust to suit as plant ages.

You shouldnt need to feed that plant for a few more weeks. Also looks like you are overwatering. The light also looks to far away from the plants and that light isnt nearly big enough for a 4x4 full of plants.
