plants regrowing outside???????

Hello i am new here and have a question i just moved in to my new place and in the corner there was a plant looked dead and just wood stock that was 3 months ago well i was out side smoking and noticed that it was growing mj so i looked online and its said that plants don't regrow so what is going in with this plant is it a freak of nature or something that looks just like a a mj plant here is a pic 20120422_183434.jpg

Well i gotta say that is one hardy plant it went through winter and 2 feet of snow and minus 6 temps unfortunately it is in a spot where people will see it if it gets too tall it dose get full sun for 10 hours a day i really don't wanna dig it up and move it because i have no idea how big the roots are like i said its been there for a year i hope it turns in to more of a bush it has four crowns to it

Hello guys so i have another question it turns out i have to move the plant i found do to the fact my todlers have found it dose anyone have and suggestions as to how to go about it like i said before it is a year old and just started to regrow its self it is 12 inches tall and is planted in the ground so it is very established 20120425_174619.jpg

just make sure you dig well enough around it and deep enough that you don't tamper with the roots. even if you tear a few roots though it will regrow.
