I'm gonna raise my light next time but keep it on about 80 percent maybe 400 w get the fan blowing the heat off the light down into the canopy
I'm hoping the plants will stretch out fill the whole tent
You dont want cold the light does give a good wee heat up high powered

Kind of out of left field on this one growmie lol. However I should probably put a fan up above my lights too, should help disperse the heat and maybe keep my temps under 80.

Right now my tent is still creeping up to 82 with rh 39-48% depending. I keep a mini humidifier going all day during lights hoping to offset the high temps.

That triggers a thought I had once. When the pots dry up, they pull away from the container and compress...so would giving a light squeeze all around, just enough to feel the medium shift some and around and around. That should introduce oxygen right? I'm going to post a pic tomorrow after a couple hrs of lights on.
One thing I'm wondering.... what's your water/nutrient solution temp? I was watering mine with 82° nute solution, and they always looked overwatered. Dropped temp down to 68°; now they look fine.

Room temp solution. I fill my gallon jug with water filtered of chlorine, sits out over night to acclimate and any chlorine not removed by the filter evaporates. and then I mix my nutes in the morning. Like this morning lol.

I don't worry about chlorine. Most people with houseplants, just water in with tap. Doesn't seem to affect houseplants, and it's never affected mine. Hell I add chlorine.... well, pool shock that is, I grow in coco though, but I've never had any problems in soil either.
