Plants wont mature

So I have five plants that I began to flower late in January, so about 7 weeks ago. They began to stretch and show signs of flowering growth (less fan leaves, more new stocks) about 10 days after I switched the light schedule to 12/12. Some female white pistons started to sprout but stopped after a week. They never fully came out or matured into bud. This is my third grow so I know what plants should look like when they begin to change and everything seemed ok. The bottom fan leaves have been slowly browning and being used up like plants should when they flower. I've been keeping up on nutrients and water. I've been giving them flowering nutrients the past 7 weeks. The plants are a healthy green and continue to grow, a lot. There isn't any strange coloring or problem with the leaves or stems. They just wont mature or flower. These plants are clones I took from my last batch. They are also strong indica plants and grown in soil.

To add to the problem I have to move the plants in two weeks or figure out something to do with them because the room I'm using to grow in wont be available to me any longer. I'm in the process of finding another place to move them but it's going to be hard because they've been growing like mad the past 7 weeks. Anyway, Can anyone try to explain whats going on with my plants or how to treat them? and because of my problem of losing the grow area, I was curious to know if i can try to make hash out of them. Do plants have thc before going through flowering? I've heard people use male plants to make hash out of. Any help would be appreciated and feel free to shoot any questions my way. Thanks

Oh and because they weren't maturing, I turned the light back to a 10 on/ 14 off schedule because I've read it makes them mature faster. I did that three weeks ago. And I've checked the timer the light is on as well.

Is your grow room completely light proof, and what are you feeding them?

yeah my room is light proof. I have black/white film that covers the inside of the door so outside light doesnt slip under the door. There usually isnt any light on the outside of the door but i have it there just for safety. The room itself is in a basement with no windows and no foot traffic. I feed them fox farm tiger bloom and big bloom, seaplex, great white mycorrjizae and molasses. My soil is pretty much copied from subcool's organic super soil. oh and i use clearex every two weeks.

check the the ph of your run off after you water... low ph could stunt bud production and plant growth... pretty sure it should b around 6.5 - 7.0 in soil... hope everything works out 4 ya! happy growin!!

i also have a dominant indica plant that wont mature, its been flowering about 9 -12 days and hasnt started to stretch or any thing. this is my 3rd plant iv flowered so i kno what it should be goin through, but its my first indica. it had pre flowers for about a month befor flowering. im jus wondering wuts goin with her.
