Pleas help i don't know what happening. I'm in flowering

growing in good soil nutrients is botanicare pro bloom with liquid karma and using half strenght
under 430w hps and its been 1 months in flowering but the seeds it needs 65-70 seeds so i still have 2 half months

and there is kind of alot like this and i forgot ph 6.5 for water

I would try lowering the water ph down to 5.8 and see if this happens to new growth. The scars wont leave the old growth though.
