I would just say because you're a beginning to not worry too bad about soils. Get something simple like Black Magic potting soil and mix some perlite with it. When your seed germinates and you have about a half inch root popping out, put her in the soil about an inch deep. Only water it once a day or so but don't drench it. Taproots need to reach for moisture so the more you let the top dry off and keep the moisture at the bottom of your pot, the taproot should reach down faster and start its root base. I don't know if you have any nutrients... but you can keep using bottled water for about 2-3 weeks with the nutrients the soil already contains. Hope this wasn't too long and helped ya.
