please give opinion or advice on my setup. also using a upside down tomato plant grow

This is in my small bathroom. I mean just a toilet and step in shower. I have 4 fluorescent 24 in grow lights mounted. A sufficient distance. I germinated all seeds and planted in those cells that can be directly put into soil. I used miracle grow seed starte.. d soil. The walls are complete in foil. I have a bottle of superthrive mixed up 2 drops to 20 oz. And I've used it once. I have 1/4 teaspoon of Alaskan fish .... Cant think of the name of that... And I only used distilled water. I keep check on humidity and temp. Ive done so much homework on this. I can't list all the information I've taken in. Temp never drops below 70. Although it stays at 72 mostly. Humidity at about 50-60%. The plants look great. They're only a couple weeks old. So I'm anxious to see how it goes. Im a virgin. Of green. Any advice? I'm sure I forgot some things to list. But just ask if I got it or do it. And I also keep it aired out.and I'm trying one of those upside down tomato plant growers. Thanks so much. Kmh

You can get those cfls pretty close man. One of the benefits of using fluoros. Go look at the indoor garden thread and they have a sub thread for cfl
