Hey RIU people, i'm in the middle of flowering in my 1st gro and have run into a few issues. 1st off, the leaves are drooping and clawing. 2nd, the leaves tips are tunring brown. Haven't really been noticing any new pistils and most of the hairs are brown but i know its not done yet because there isn't hardly anything on it. Unknown strain, miracle gro soil, 15 gallon pot. temp. is about 73-75 degrees farenheit. It's about 4months, flowering for about 2 now. Anyone that has any suggestions please help!:-( IF PICS ARE NEEDED LET ME KNOW

You're probably overwatering which is leading to the nute OD.. If you didn't know MG soil has slow release nutrients in it.. So the more you water it the more nutrients become readily available in the soil to the plant. The fact that your leaves look so droopy indicates overwatering as well.

Just a guess bongsmilie

hey bro, i've seen alot of people have very successful grows with just cfl's, i would reccomend going to walmart, or any hardware store and pick up a few socket spliters and mabet another socket, that way you could put at least 6 "of the strongest cfl's" you can find. total price 20$ mabey for everything. im sure you know the weight of your plant wet.. just wait till its light or dry before watering, heat has alot to do with the amount of time between waterings, with a few cfl's like you have its going to take longer to dry up.. its ALWAYS better underwater, or feed than to over water!! and if your plant is just thirsty it will perk right up within an hour or less of watering!! hope a helped a little!!!

like everyone else has said its is light deficient, you have something to put it in like a box or a cab with reflective walls? if not buid something out of a cardboard box and some white paint, then go grab up a bunch of 26w (actual watt) 2600k CFL and a power strip, 6 light sockets that plug into a standard outlet and 6 Y splitters thenput it all together and put that sucker on your plant, you will notice a huge difference in just 1 week. your not going to get a huge yeild out of this plant but for the next one you will have some decent lighting. also a small fan blowing on the plant is a must it circulates the air and adds posotive stress to the plant to help it strengthen itself ind you will get a plant with more internodes with a fan than without.

good luck
