Please help..again

Changed nutes last night. Using jacks 321. Everything as normal. Ph is good. Water temp runs high (83) but using hydroguard @ 2ml per gallon to help prevent. Co2 is at 1500ppm. Plants didnt look like this yesterday. Changed nutes in adjacent room, same strain and no apparent issues. Ideas?

They look way under fed to me. When I added co2 nutrient uptake went up by 30%.how many ppms are you running?

My fault..im just following the protocol given to me by jacks based on RO water. All the other rooms are fed the same as well amd the air is circulated, although the burner is located in the room with the issues. My ppms are at around 700
