please help asap

ok, my plants leaves keep v'ing upwards and about everytime a new node gets to a good size the set a few steps lower start to brown and die. im not over wattering or underwattering and im giving it no nutrients right now. it is under a 42 watt cfl. i cant find one thing about someone having this same problem and i would very much appreciate any help.

its starting to slowly come back to better health now as it progresses. i just recently started watering it correctly so im guessing thats why this happened

Root lock! Plants have hit the bottom of the container and need transplanted to a bigger pot. Happened to me a while ago, transplanted it and it greened back up and started acting as happy as a pig in shit!
