Please help asap

Fan leaves are developing yellow and rust colored spots, also the tips are folded downward and burned...buds look good but dont seem to be growing.......plants are on a small flood and drain and get watered 4 times lights on and i dont water at night....they are about 18in away from a 1000w raptor



Nutes for 15 gallon reservior
70ml B.C. Boost
70ml B.C. Bloom
15ml Awesome Blossoms
15ml Thrive Alive B-1 Red
15ml MagiCal
70ml SugarDaddy
2.5oz Natures nectar potassium (0-0-5)

Ppm is at 840 and i keep the ph at 5.8....... Room temps are around 75 lights on and get around 65 lights off
