ok I hope sum1 out there can help me before my plants die ill cry.
any way heres the situation first ill explain. I have four plant, serious seeds chronic. the oldest one is about a month or a little less and the youngest one is about 2 weeks. They are in a like 8 gallon tub in a bubble system. ive been using Fox Farm veg nutes the basic one with the tomato on the front of it. I orginally had the ppm at around 400 but now have it down to like 200 since the problems occured. i bougth one of those like 20 dollar air pumps and connected four hoses to it wth those like inch thick air stones on the end. pumping air to the roots ( is that enough air for them?) they were white but seem to be getting more tanish but i duno if its from the nutes or what. I have the plants under about 100 watts of floresents and its cool its so temp has stayed usually around 75 f, Now the problem im having is my plants (moslty my second oldest about a month old) randomly get these black splotches on them and it seems to grow like fungi. then as it gets worse the leaves get hard and dry and curl in on them selfs . The splotches are blackest around the edged of the "infection" and are like rough and LIGHT GREEN and bumpy in the middle of the infection and spread from the bottom leaves upwards could this b from nutes , too much or lack of?. my stems are like purpleish mostly on the upper side that receives light and only on the older stems the new ones are green. I wish i had pictures because i havnt seen anything like it. And its almost killed on of my plants. and now its spreading to others. and also ive been trying to keep my ph at around 5.5 but its shot up a few times with out me realizing but the reaction seems a little harsh. They also seem to be droppy but that seems to get better as i monitor the PH more closely. PLEASE some1 with answers please help!!
and there is what seems to be nute burn on a few small parts. and the black blotches resemble like ink drops that are darker on the outer part of the droplet. and by the time they make there way through the leaf its yellowish greenish blackish and crispy
ALSO my oldest 1 has white stuff drowing on its stem right above the soil line. its seems to b damping off but what can I do about it since im in a bubbler and the roots have already set into the pot? the rock wool is always wet.
