I agree that fem'd seeds are not 100% guaranteed but I disagree that complaining won't help. Nirvana is not a seed bank they are the breeder - if they were a seedbank their seeds wouldn't be sold by Attitude, Herbies, etc. I bought some Nirvana seeds from Attitude a few months ago and 0 out of 10 germed. I contacted Nirvana directly and they sent me 10 fresh seeds that all germed.
