Please help - cutting off the little higher branches

Hello, i am turning to you for info and answers.
I just swiched to flower stage (12/12) four days ago, and the plants have grown a little higher, producing more and more little branches on the main ones. (I have used low stress training, under CFL light and i'm growing C99).
I am scared to cut off all the higher little branches, the low ones were cut in the vegetative stage.
But i do think that if i cut them off, the main branch will have more energy for forming the cola, but i thought that it would be better if i ask the professionals here.
So, what should i do?

ok so you want to grow the c99 breed?well let me tell ya something lol if you want or need to cut them you can. i cut clones of my c99 right up till i started to show flowers.. this breed is a super cropper, lst er, scrogggger , and what ever else you want to do with her.. she gets linky if your not careful.. here is a few shots of mine sept 018.jpgsept-18 this is the bush pic. so far at this point i have got 25 clones off her and i cut 10 more every 2 weeks until flower flip and signs of flowers..
SKI 017.jpgSKI 018.jpg as you can see the stalk she has been screwed blued and tattooed .lol now total clone cut count is 65. this is what she looks like now with being in flower for 25 days. and her clones are only 14 days behind.

wow, your ladies look fabulous! This is my first grow, so i hope i will get plants like yours once!
please, give me the smoke report when you will be that far.

when i lose my vertical clearance, I Get super lazy (cause i should have LST'd already.
I let them grow real close to the light, then I supercrop the bitches very extremely....
beware doing this will prolong flowering a lil.. but you gotta do what you gotta do.
best thing to do is not let them overgrow so you dont waste any time, keep up on them and LST along the way!

Those circled sections on your pics is where buds grow from. Please don't cut those off. Only lower branches that don't get light should be cut unless you have a plan and know what you're doing and how your strain reacts.
