Hey please help diagnose.. i can't decide if its manganese or mag def...
i was told it was a mag def but i think the spots represents more of a manganese comparing to the pictures i found online.....
any opinion is welcome. please and thanks!

Looks like you went to bloom based nutes as soon as you flipped your light to 12/12. More details please, tap or RO, NPK of the nutrients you are using, ppm's and ph.

I am using FloraNova one part grow and bloom..
I THINK i started off using Grow the first week when i flipped it... then i started mixing about them together.. something like
1 tsp of grow and 5 tsp of bloom per 3 gallons
Unfortunately i am using Tap but thinking about RO, and my tap runs out at 400 ppm...
the ppm i usualyl water the plants are at 1200, with the ph at exactly 5.9 but the ppm tends to get higher because i hand water every 3 days

I was told it was a mag def.. but im more convinced that its a manganese def.. because the leaves are looking very "nicely" spotted up... lol.. dark spots on yellow leaves...

if your tap runs at 400ppm you are gonna have problems using it for sure... it could cause nutrient lockouts which could be the result... because if you have 400ppm in your tap, then there should be plenty of mag and mang in there... but if there is too much well that can fuck shit up too... try mixing your tap water with half bottle water to bring it down to 200 ppm before adding nutrients, my tap is at 200ppm and it works fine... but dont forget to de-chlorinate your tap water by letting it stand for 24-48 hours with an airstone in it before mixing in your nutrients... also i have heard that some city's are using new chemicals to treat their water... worse shit than chlorine... so if you have 400ppm, your city might be one of those... i dunno...

i think my npk percent is 4%, 8%, and 7%. ...yea im pretty sure it is, thats the ratio on the front. but i recently put in liquid koolbloom along with it, i think its making the P and K and bit too strong.. should i even still use koolbloom since this is a one-part bloom
Im gonna get on the RO water..my city's water is dirty forsure..

how many weeks is this strain suppose to finish?? if it's towards the end the plant is going to look like it's dying, cus it is so these things are natural. are you using the liquid koolbloom or powder? either way you're K P is probably fine at this point in your cycle. hit up the RO for sure, this is probably what it is..

maybe because i flushed with the tap water.. so it's full of shit from my dirty tap water.. dam i flushed another 2 plants today shit.. they might have the same effect- dam poisonous water i must get on that r.o......

Does that look more of a manganese or mag def to you guys?

It's actually not natural at all in an indoor setting yet promoted as such. You can have beautiful green plants all the way to the end. (less any leaves that were light deprived)

Your nitrogen is way low when combining the two ferts. Healthy plants make healthy buds. Consider a good target NPK is 3-1-2 for grow and 1-3-2 for flowering. The one fert at 4-8-7 is a bit off. The 1-3-2 target when concentrated by a factor of 3 equals 3-9-6.

Imho, letting your plants get yellow is an issue of gardner's awareness and education, not a result of flowering.

btw, advanced mag def looks like yellowing chevrons in between your veins. You have a combo of overall lightening of the leaf which points to N def, leaf tip/edge burn which points to high nutrient concentrations and spotting.

dont know which of the two defficiencies it is... for a quick fix just water with bottled water and some cal mag till you get an RO, thats all you can do at this point, and like someone else said earlier, some liquid karma or even some Nitrozime wouldnt hurt either...

I am flushing because i thought i was using too much liquid koolbloom triggering mag or manganese def
I was using about .75 tsp per gallon.. I think that's too much unless otherwise
and i was flushing the other two because it was infested with aphids so i drenched and washed them out + add meds

It is NOT your tap water 400PPM is nothing my water is around that or higher and makes NO difference. Many find they get more issue with RO water than tap.
400PPM is NOTHING.

Floranova sweetener
Bushmaster
and just started Hygrozyme this week..

What are NPK values and ingredients of each? If it were me, I'd first try to understand and use what I have before going out and buying the next greatest thing. At this time, it's also more helpful to talk about functional ingredients than brand names.
